  • Improve The facility layout and playing areas

    For security purposes and regulations, the facility needed upgrades to enhance parent’s confidence and trust to let their children with Right Time Kids. Besides, parents will see the highest-value proposition to refer Right Time Kids to others. The conversion rate, which was already low, will increase the business sales figures. A revision of the current processes, identification of gaps in the playing infrastructure and analytically understand what parents needs and desires are, was inevitable.
