start with a small service
This was the time when we started our company. With the common passion for small and medium businesses, our founders came together after Raleigh Chamber Of Commerce meeting. We knew we wanted to build a successful network of businesses and help owners leave a legacy. Thus, we started on humble beginning. What drove us to start the company was our realizations from our experiences that small and medium sized businesses struggles are the same wherever you are. We had the understanding that we could provide value added services.

2014
first partnership
This was the first period when wEquipu actually felt like the right partnership will expand the organization works with small and medium sized businesses. Joining John C. Maxwell Team in principle-based leadership training allowed us to be certified in what we do well. Equipping business owners in team building allow them to get time back for themselves. We also joined forces with North Carolina Women Business Center.

Launched digital services
By this time we were a well-known name within the industry and helping our clients to leverage on internet. We had been prominent actors in business development with small and medium sized businesses. The digital world is a big struggle for business owners already overwhelmed by putting different many hats. Equipping our clients to enjoy more revenues through internet marketing was a challenge took off business owners’ shoulders.

Our journey has only brought us higher. Information Technology completely changes the way we equip businesses, analyze and present data. Business development can not be separated with technology no matter the business size. We have embraced new technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge analytics. As we go on towards the future we intend to exploit the full potential of new technologies to power our services. We opened our second location in Chandler, Arizona
